What is your shipping policy for subscription boxes?

Germanfoodbox monthly subscription boxes are shipped once a month. Subscription boxes are typically shipped around the middle of the month; however, if there are any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified.


Domestic (USA)

Domestic shipments are typically delivered via USPS First Class Package if the shipment is under 16 ounces or USPS Priority Mail if the shipment is over 16 ounces and typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination; however, please note that the USPS does not guarantee that all packages will be delivered in 1-3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any packages returned or delayed by the USPS.


International

We do not ship internationally.


Shipping delays

Shipping delays will occur around the following major U.S. holidays as the U.S. Postal Service will be closed:

- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans' Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day


Can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order when your order ships. Your order status on your germanfoodbox.com account will also show you your tracking number and tracking link.
We are not responsible for any downtime in tracking visibility caused by the carrier.
